Veaceslav Maly, the CEO of AFC Logistics, brings over 14 years of invaluable experience in the trucking industry. His journey began in 2008, transitioning from delivering pizzas to owning his first semi-truck. In 2012, driven by a vision for efficiency and excellence, Vyacheslav co-founded AFC Transport alongside his wife, Kate Minasyan. Veaceslav’s leadership is defined by core values such as Excellence, Integrity, and Innovation, which have been instrumental in driving AFC Logistics to the forefront of the industry. Under his guidance, the company has achieved remarkable growth and received prestigious accolades, including: #2 Fastest Growing Company in Tampa Bay #2 in Logistics and Transportation on the Inc 5000 list.
Kate Minasyan, co-founder of AFC Transport and Logistics, brings extensive experience in the trucking industry, specializing in accounting and safety. Alongside her husband, Veaceslav, Kate began their entrepreneurial journey in 2012, driven by a shared goal to address inefficiencies in the industry. Her expertise in financial management and safety protocols has been instrumental in the successful establishment of AFC Transport in 2012 and AFC Logistics in 2016. Despite the challenges of running a business, Kate masterfully balances her professional responsibilities with raising their two young children.
